摘　　要：为适应公立医院高质量发展新要求,首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院党委坚持以党的政治建设为统领,夯实制度基础,落地调研指导,推进党建与业务工作深度融合。医院坚持以人民为中心,以党建服务品牌创建为抓手,深化党员学习教育内涵,构建了与医院发展目标相统一、着力服务人民健康的科学精准、务实创新的党员教育管理长效机制。To adapt to the new requirements of high-quality development in public hospitals,the Party committee of Beijing Anzhen Hospital,affiliated with Capital Medical University,insists on leading with the Party's political construction,consolidating the institutional foundation,implementing research guidance,and promoting the deep integration of Party building and business work.The hospital adheres to the people-centered approach,takes Party building service brand creation as the grasp,deepens the connotation of Party member learning and education,and has constructed a long-term mechanism for Party member education management that is scientific,precise,pragmatic,innovative,and aligned with the hospital's development goals,focusing on serving the people's health.
