摘　　要：采用弹性蛋白酶及活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)抑制率试验分别评估大米多肽护肤品对弹性蛋白酶及ROS的抑制率。通过仪器测试以及受试者自评问卷(N=30)来评估大米多肽护肤品对人体皮肤抗皱及屏障功能修护效果。结果表明:大米多肽护肤品对弹性蛋白酶以及对ROS的抑制率均显著高于空白对照组。与未使用产品相比,30名受试者使用大米多肽护肤品28天后,皮肤弹性、眶下皱纹(包括总体尺寸、宽度和深度)、皮肤粗糙度Ra值、血红素超高浓度、泛红评分、经皮水分流失值均显著改善;受试者自评结果显示皮肤皱纹淡化、屏障得到修护、皮肤弹性更强等。所有测试结果均具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。大米多肽护肤品具有显著的改善皱纹及修护肌肤屏障的效果。The inhibition rate of rice polypeptides skincare products on elastase and reactive oxygen species(ROS)were evaluated by experiments on the inhibition rate of elastase and ROS.The anti-wrinkle and barrier function repair effect of rice polypeptides skincare products on human skin were studied,through objective evaluation of instrument testing and subject self-assessment questionnaire(N=30).The results indicated that the inhibitory rates of rice polypeptides skincare products on elastase and ROS were significantly higher than those of the blank control group.After the rice polypeptides skincare products were applied on the face for 28 days,30 subjects showed significant improvements in skin elasticity,orbital wrinkles(including overall size,width,and depth),skin roughness(Ra value),ultra-high concentration of heme,redness score and trans epidermal water loss(TEWL)value compared to the unused product.The self-assessment results of the subjects indicated that skin wrinkles were reduced,barriers were repaired,and skin elasticity was stronger.All test results indicated significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Rice polypeptides skincare products have significant effects on improving wrinkles and repairing skin barriers.
