摘　　要：随着气象业务的不断扩展和互联网技术的高速发展,气象数据种类日益增多,数量日益庞大,对气象数据传输的质量、准确率、及时率等方面的要求也越来越严格。文章详细阐述了青海气象综合业务实时监控系统-集中告警平台的设计与实现,并浅析其应用效益。集中告警平台对气象数据全流程、气象业务系统等产生的各类告警信息进行统一管理并输出,使值班运维人员快速发现问题、定位问题,并实施故障修复与排除,在提升全省各类气象数据的准确率和传输率等方面具有重要的实用价值。With the continuous expansion of meteorological services and the rapid development of internet technology,the types of meteorological data are increasing,and the amount is increasing.The requirements for the quality,accuracy and timeliness of meteorological data transmission are becoming more and more strict.This paper elaborates on the design and implementation of a centralized alarm platform for real-time monitoring of comprehensive meteorological services in Qinghai Province,and analyzes its application benefits.The whole process of meteorological data and meteorological business systems are realized to conduct unified management and output of all kinds of alarm information.The operation of the centralized alarm platform can enable the operation and maintenance personnel on duty to quickly find and locate problems,and implement fault repair and elimination,which has important practical value in steadily improving the accuracy and transmission rate of all kinds of meteorological data in Qinghai Province.
