摘　　要：习近平文化思想内涵丰富、逻辑严密,是党中央基于对马克思主义文化理论、中华优秀传统文化和党的文化建设的历史经验进行继承创新,结合新时代文化建设的生动实践而得出的科学结论。考察中国共产党领导人民群众开展社会主义文化建设的光辉历程,发现它的形成和发展有着深刻的生成逻辑、丰富的理论逻辑和鲜明的实践逻辑。在新时代要坚持以马克思主义为指导,担负文化建设新使命;坚持人民至上,践行文化建设的理念宗旨;坚持“两个结合”,推动文化建设守正创新;坚持全球视野,打造文化建设的创新范式。Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thought is rich in connotation and rigorous in logic.It is a scientific conclusion drawn by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)based on the inheritance and innovation of Marxist cultural theory,the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the historical experience of our party’s cultural construction,combined with the vivid practice of cultural construction in the new era.An in-depth investigation of the glorious process of the CPC leading the masses to carry out socialist cultural construction reveals that its formation and development have profound generative logic,rich theoretical logic and distinct practical logic.In the new era,we must adhere to Marxism as the guide,undertaking the new mission of cultural construction,to the principle of putting the people first and practicing the purpose of cultural construction,to the“two combinations”,promoting the integrity and innovation of cultural construction,and to a global vision that could create an innovative paradigm for cultural construction.
