摘  要:为探究潮汐流-潜流复合人工湿地对含四环素养殖废水处理效果的影响,本研究构建陶粒(一级系统)和铁碳+陶粒(二级CCW系统)基潮汐流-潜流复合人工湿地(TC组),以及陶粒(一级系统)和陶粒(二级PCW系统)基潮汐流-潜流复合人工湿地(对照组),研究其对模拟养殖尾水的启动运行效果及微生物群落结构特性.结果表明:①加入0.2 mg/L的四环素在一定程度上会抑制人工湿地启动期对污染物的去除,尤其对一级系统的抑制作用更加明显,CODCr、TP、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN平均去除率分别降低0.59%、1.51%、9.57%和1.97%;②二级CCW系统去除率均高于二级PCW系统,且四环素实验组(TC组)中促进作用更为明显.CODCr、TP、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN在TC组中平均去除率分别增加5.81%、2.47%、0.91%、1.02%,铁碳填料的加入强化了常规污染物的去除;③TC组和对照组填料表面生物膜差异较小,二级CCW系统较二级PCW系统生物膜附着更为明显,铁碳填料的加入有利于微生物的生长繁殖;④二级CCW系统物种丰富度及生物多样性高于二级PCW系统.变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)作为人工湿地典型菌落,铁碳填料的加入使二者丰富度明显增加,对氮的去除产生积极作用.研究显示,铁碳填料的加入强化了潮汐流-潜流复合人工湿地系统对氮磷的去除,该结果可为养殖尾水的净化处理提供数据支持和一定的理论支撑.In this study,to investigate the removal efficency of tidal flow-subsurface flow composite constructed wetland system for tetracycline-containing aquaculture wastewater,ceramsite(primary system)and iron-carbon+ceramsite(secondary CCW system)based tidal flow-subsurface flow composite constructed wetlands,as well as ceramsite(primary system)and ceramsite(secondary PCW system)based tidal flow-subsurface flow composite constructed wetlands were constructed to study the start-up operation effect and microbial community structure characteristics of simulated aquaculture tail water.The results showed that:(1)The addition of 0.2 mg/L tetracycline inhibited the removal of pollutants during the startup period of the constructed wetland to a certain extent,and the average removal rates of CODCr,TP,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN decreased by 0.59%,1.51%,9.57%and 1.97%,respectively,especially in the primary systems.(2)The removal rate of secondary CCW system was higher than that of secondary PCW system,and the promotion effect was more obvious in the TC group,and the average removal rate of CODCr,TP,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN in the TC group increased by 5.81%,2.47%,0.91%and 1.02%,respectively.The addition of iron-carbon filler promoted the removal of conventional pollutants.(3)There was no obvious difference between the biofilm surface of the packing in the TC group and the control group.The biofilm of the secondary CCW system was more effective than that of the secondary PCW system,and the addition of iron-carbon filler was beneficial to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.(4)The species richness and biodiversity of the secondary CCW systems were higher than those of the secondary PCW systems.Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes are typical colonies in constructed wetlands,and the number of the them significantly increase after the addition of iron-carbon fillers,which is beneficial to nitrogen removal.The studies have shown that the addition of iron-carbon fillers enhances the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus of the tidal flow-subsu
