摘  要:为分析重型柴油非城市车辆在实际道路冷启动氮氧化物(NO_(x))的排放特征,选取20辆符合国六标准的重型柴油车进行实际道路车载尾气检测(Portable Emission Measurement System,PEMS)排放测试。以冷却液温度达到70℃为界限,区分发动机的冷态和热态,进而对冷启动阶段的排放特征进行分析。试验结果表明:冷启动阶段通常发生在600 s以内,时长占比基本小于8%,然而在这一阶段,NO_(x)的比排放达到了1593.6 mg/(kW·h)以上,明显高于国六标准的限值690mg/(kW·h)。为更真实地反映车辆在实际道路上的排放水平,建议在下一阶段的排放标准中,引入包含冷启动阶段的排放评估方法,以完善整车PEMS排放评价体系。To analyze the emission characteristics of NO_(x) during cold-start of heavy-duty diesel non-urban vehicles on actual roads,20 heavy-duty diesel vehicles meeting China VI standards were selected for on-road emission testing using the Portable Emission Meas-urement System(PEMS).By defining the coolant temperature reaching 70℃ as the boundary,the cold and hot states of the engine were distinguished to analyze the emission characteristics during the cold-start phase.The test results indicated that the cold-start phase typically occurs within 600 seconds,accounting for less than 8%of the total duration.However,during this phase,the specific NO_(x) emissions exceeded 1593.6 mg/(kW·h),significantly higher than China VI standard limit of 690 mg/(kW·h).To more accurately reflect the actual emission levels of vehicles on the road,it is recommended to introduce an emission assessment method incorpora-ting the cold-start phase in the next phase of emission standards,thus improving the vehicle-level PEMS emission evaluation system.
