摘 要:光催化技术在解决能源危机和环境污染方面受到了广泛的关注,其研究也取得了很多进展。光催化剂在不同领域的作用机制不同,大多数光催化剂都需要克服带隙宽、光生电荷易复合、电荷利用率低等缺陷。由于铋基光催化剂的价带中存在Bi 6s和O 2p杂化轨道,使得大多数Bi基光催化剂具有较窄的可见光利用带隙,因此成为研究热点。本文以铋基半导体为研究对象,针对铋基半导体材料的优缺点,在简单介绍3种Fe^(3+)掺杂BiOCOOH、氧空位BiOCl/Bi4O5Br2和CoWO4/Bi2WO6 Z型异质结铋基半导体纳米材料改性研究的基础上,系统综述铋基半导体纳米材料的光催化降解性能及其改性研究进展,以期为相关研究提供参考。Photocatalysis technology has been widely concerned in solving energy crisis and environmental pollution,and has made a lot of achievements.As the action mechanism of photocatalysts in different fields is different,most photocatalysts need to overcome the defects of wide band gap,easy recombination of photogenerated charge and low charge utilization rate.Due to the existence of Bi 6s and O 2p hybrid orbitals in valence bands of Bi-based photocatalysts,most Bi-based photocatalysts have relatively narrow visible light utilizable band gaps,so more and more attention has to be paid.Bi‑based semiconductors was taken as research object,focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of bismuth‑based semiconductor materials.It briefly introduced the modification research of three Bi‑based semiconductor nanomaterials designed and synthesized by our research group,namely trivalent iron doped BiOCOOH,oxygen vacancy BiOCl/Bi4O5Br2,and CoWO4/Bi2WO6 Ztype heterojunction.The research progress in the modification and photocatalytic degradation performance of Bi‑based semiconductor nanomaterials was systematically introduced.
