摘  要:在厦门翔安国际机场航站楼建设项目中,屋盖钢结构分上中下3层,上下重叠部分面积大、屋檐高,施工难度大。综合土建施工工艺、施工场地条件、工期等要求,选用满堂脚手架进行安装,并将上层屋檐与船形桁架相连。为保证整体稳定性和施工精度,上层屋檐采用液压提升,中层、下层屋檐安装选用分块吊装或全部分块液压提升方案,控制结构稳定提升。在保证安装质量和精度的前提下,减少施工成本、缩短工期。In the terminal construction project of Xiamen Xiang’an International Airport,the roof steel structure is divided into 3 layers,the upper and lower overlapping parts are large,the eaves are high,and the construction is difficult.According to the requirements of civil construction technology,construction site conditions,construction period,full scaffold is selected for installation,the upper eaves to the ship-shaped truss is connected.In order to ensure the overall stability and construction accuracy,the upper eaves are hydraulically lifted,middle and lower eaves installation use block lifting or all block hydraulic lifting installation scheme,the control structure is steadily lifted.Under the premise of ensuring the installation quality and accuracy,the construction cost is reduced and the date is shortened.
