摘  要:模块化混凝土结构是一类以工厂预制、现场组装的三维模块为基本单元的混凝土结构,具有装配率高、施工周期短、质量控制好等特点。按参与受力程度的不同,将模块化混凝土结构划分为模块完全参与受力、部分参与受力和不参与受力3类。对比分析了3类模块化混凝土结构的特点及模块化混凝土结构中典型的节点连接方式,概述了国内外有关其抗震性能的研究现状,介绍了减隔震技术在模块化混凝土结构中的应用研究现状,并总结了相关技术标准与工程应用最新进展。最后,对模块化混凝土结构的研究方向进行了展望。The modular concrete structure is a type of concrete structure that is based on three-dimensional modules prefabricated in factory and assembled in site,and has properties of high prefabrication ratio,reduced construction period,and good quality control.In this paper,the modular concrete structures are categorized into three types,i.e.,module units fully resisting,partially resisting,and not resisting the vertical and lateral loads of the overall structure.The characteristics of three types of modular concrete structures and typical connections are introduced.The state-of-art studies are presented on the seismic performance and the application of seismic mitigation and isolation techniques in modular concrete structures.Then,the latest developments are summarized on technical standards and engineering application of modular concrete structures at home and abroad.At last,the research directions of modular concrete structures are presented.
