摘 要:以某长大框架箱涵施工项目为依托,通过实验数据,分析研究了长大框架箱涵温度裂缝控制技术。采用在长大框架箱涵混凝土浇筑过程中设置监测点并实测其温度,再利用ANSYS有限元软件建立长大框架混凝土箱涵有限元模型进行混凝土温度应力场的模拟分析,总结出长大框架混凝土箱涵浇筑温度应力场的变化规律。通过改变长大框架箱涵混凝土入模温度、伸缩缝间距等因素,对长大框架混凝土箱涵最大温度梯度、最大位移及最大拉应力进行分析。结果表明:现场实测温度值与模拟得到的温度结果的变化规律基本一致;随着混凝土入模温度的升高,长大框架箱涵混凝土最大拉应力和最大位移均随之增大;从长大框架箱涵混凝土裂缝控制角度出发,可将30~35 m作为长大框架箱涵混凝土的合理伸缩缝间距。根据模拟结果制定的现场控制裂缝措施,有效控制了混凝土结构的裂缝产生,取得了良好的实际效果。Based on the construction project of a long frame box culvert,this paper analyzes and studies the temperature crack control technology of a long frame box culvert through experimental data.In this experiment,a monitoring point is set and the temperature is measured in the concrete pouring process of the long frame box culvert,and the finite element model of the long frame concrete box culvert is established by using ANSYS finite element software to simulate and analyze the temperature stress field of the concrete box culvert,and the variation law of the temperature stress field of the long frame concrete box culvert is summarized.In the experiment,the maximum temperature gradient,maximum displacement and maximum tensile stress of the long frame box culvert are analyzed by changing the temperature of concrete entering the mold and the spacing of expansion joints.The results show that the variation of temperature measured in the field is basically consistent with that obtained by simulation.The maximum tensile stress and maximum displacement of concrete in long frame box culverts increase with the increase of mold temperature.From the Angle of concrete crack control,30~35m can be used as the reasonable expansion joint spacing of long frame box culvert concrete.According to the on-site crack control measures designed simulation results,the crack of concrete structure are effectively controlled,and good practical results are obtained.
