摘　　要：以某项目的热交换器为例,对热交换器泄漏的原因进行了分析,根据设备的结构和现场检查情况,给出了合适的返修措施,提出了对类似设备设计制造的优化建议。Taking the heat exchanger of a project as an example,the paper goes into the causes of heat exchanger leakage,and puts forward appropriate rework measures based on the equipment structure and on-site inspection,and gives optimization advice for the design and manufacture of similar equipment.
