摘　　要：分析我国职业足球联赛法人治理结构;揭示我国职业足球联赛面临的核心问题,包括透明度不足、权责不明、监管不力和财务风险;探讨法人治理结构的重要性,包括提高治理透明度、明确权责、加强监管机制和规范财务管理等;指出我国职业足球联赛法人治理的具体路径。The paper analyzes the corporate governance structure of professional football leagues in China.It reveals the core problems faced by China s professional football league,including insufficient transparency,unclear rights and responsibilities,ineffective supervision and financial risks.The importance of corporate governance structure is discussed,including improving governance transparency,clarifying rights and responsibilities,strengthening supervision mechanism and standardizing financial management.It points out the specific path of corporate governance of professional football leagues in China.
