摘　　要：中国—中东欧国家图书馆是公共图书馆界发展中的新生事物,论文在调研国内外图书馆专业组织和公共图书馆发展趋势的基础上,介绍中国—中东欧国家图书馆联盟的起源和发展,并将对联盟发展的未来思考与同仁分享。China-CEEC Libraries Union is a brand new union.Based on the research of professional library organizations and the development trend of public libraries at home and abroad,this paper introduces the origin and development of the China-CEEC Libraries Union,and shares future thoughts on the development of the alliance with colleagues.
