摘 要:变形镁合金经塑性变形后具有更优的综合力学性能,但存在“强度−塑性”不协同的问题,限制了其规模化应用。通过合金化设计和优化塑性加工工艺改善其微观结构能有效实现变形镁合金的强塑协同。本文梳理了近年来“强度−塑性”协同的变形镁合金的研究情况,并依据性能将其分为高强度型、中等强塑型和超高塑性型三类,同时进一步阐述了实现变形镁合金强塑性从权衡协调到协同提升的微观结构调控方法,包括合金化、细晶化、第二相和析出物调控、织构控制和异质结构形成等;最后,对强度−塑性协同的变形镁合金开发及其微观结构调控研究中值得关注的议题进行了展望。Wrought magnesium alloys have competitive comprehensive mechanical properties after plastic deformation.However,the industrial application of wrought magnesium alloys is limited by their strength-ductility incongruity.In general,the enhancement of strength and ductility can be achieved synchronously with the improvement of microstructure through alloying design and the optimization of plasticity processing.The latest typical research progress of wrought magnesium alloys with strength-ductility synergy was reviewed in this paper.These alloys are classified into three categories of high-strength,medium strength-ductility and ultra-high ductility based on their properties and the microstructural control methods to realize strength-ductility synergy instead of trade-off coordination,is further elaborated,including alloying,refining grain,modifying the second phase and precipitate,texture control and forming heterogeneous structure.Ultimately,some noteworthy issues about the development of strength-ductility synergistic wrought magnesium alloys and their microstructural control methods have been summarized.
