摘　　要：ChatGPT的持续推广应用显著地影响了高等教育,ChatGPT具备海量知识集成体、强大信息加工体、价值观念束缚体的特点,对高等教育总体知识传输体系、高校教师权威、高等教育实施方式提出严峻挑战。就高校管理学教学而言,ChatGPT对管理学基本知识有相当的替代性,激发学生对管理学知识体系新的需求,激发学生对管理学教学的创新需求,高校管理学教学需要引导学生敢于质疑、善于质疑,鼓励学生积极实践。The continuous promotion and application of ChatGPT has significantly affected higher education.ChatGPT is characterized by massive knowledge integration,powerful information processing,and values and con⁃cept binding,which poses severe challenges to the overall knowledge transmission system of higher education,the authority of university teachers,and the implementation methods of higher education.As far as management teach⁃ing in colleges and universities is concerned,ChatGPT is quite a substitute for basic management knowledge,and it stimulates students’new needs for the management knowledge system,and stimulates students’innovative needs for management teaching.In the management teaching of colleges and universities,it is necessary to guide students to dare to question and be good at questioning,and encourage students to practice actively.
