水性涂料废渣利用及废水废气处理技术研究

摘　　要：随着工业的不断发展,水性涂料的应用越来越广泛,但生产过程中产生的废渣、废水、废气等废弃物也给环境带来了极大污染。因此,针对水性涂料废渣利用及废水废气处理技术进行研究,对于保护环境和促进工业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文介绍了水性涂料废渣的产生与处理现状,分别分析了水性涂料废渣利用技术和废水废气处理技术与应用,为工业企业废水废气处理工程提供参考。With the continuous development of industry,the application of water-based coatings is more and more extensive,but the waste residue,wastewater,waste gas and other wastes generated in the production process also bring great pollution to the environment.Therefore,the research on the utilization of water-based paint waste residue and waste gas treatment technology is of great signifi cance to protect the environment and promote the sustainable development of industry.Th is paper introduces the production and treatment status of water-based paint waste residue,analyzes the utilization technology of water-based paint waste residue and the treatment technology and application of waste water waste gas,and provides a reference for industrial enterprise waste water waste gas treatment project.
