循环经济视角下城市固体废物管理的创新策略

摘　　要：本文从循环经济的视角出发,探讨了城市固体废物管理的创新策略。首先对城市废物的多样性、规模与产生关系以及社会经济背景的影响进行了分析。接着深入剖析了废物处理效率不高、资源回收难度大以及废物处理对环境的负面影响等存在的问题。为解决这些问题,本文提出了推动技术创新、强化政策法规支持、促进社会参与和意识提升等创新策略。具体包括先进废物分类技术的研发、社区废物管理的社会参与模式、制定鼓励循环经济的废物管理政策等。通过这些创新策略,本文旨在构建更可持续的城市废物管理体系。From the perspective of circular economy,this paper explores innovative strategies for urban solid waste management.Firstly,the diversity,scale,and generation relationship of urban waste,as well as the impact of socio-economic background,are analyzed.Furthermore,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the issues of low waste treatment effi ciency,diffi culty in resource recovery,and the negative impact of waste treatment on the environment.To address these issues,the article proposes innovative strategies such as promoting technological innovation,strengthening policy and regulatory support,and promoting social participation and awareness enhancement.This includes the development of advanced waste classifi cation technology,social participation models in community waste management,and the formulation of waste management policies that encourage circular economy.Through these innovative strategies,the article aims to build a more sustainable urban waste management system.
