摘 要:近年来,流动注射分析法越来越受到重视,该方法经过不断地发展,广泛应用于实验中,具有检测效率高、分析速度快等特点。本文通过测定标准曲线、检出限、精密度和准确度,对总氰化物标准方法(HJ 823—217)进行了验证,并对深圳市大鹏区地表水、生活废水等样品开展加标回收率研究,分析该方法检测总氰化物的适用性。结果表明:测定结果均符合方法要求,因而该方法可实现总氰化物的日常监测要求,具有一定的参考价值。In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to fl ow injection analysis.After continuous development,it has been widely used in experiments,and has the characteristics of high detection effi ciency and fast analysis speed.In this paper,the standard method of total cyanide(HJ 823—217)was verifi ed by measuring the standard curve,detection limit,precision and accuracy,and the recovery rate of surface water and domestic wastewater samples in Dapeng District,Shenzhen was studied to analyze the applicability of this method for the detection of total cyanide.The results showed that the determination results are in line with the requirements of the method,so the method could realize the daily monitoring requirements of total cyanide,which has certain reference value.
