高速差分信号耦合方式的信号完整性研究

摘  要:差分信号因具有抗干扰能力强、可实现远距离传输等优点,被广泛应用于以太网、高速串行等总线印制电路设计。针对差分信号的耦合方式,采用ANSYS仿真软件进行建模仿真分析。结果表明,线宽/间距为0.406 4mm/0.812 8 mm的差分信号插入损耗较小,采用更大线间距的差分信号有利于减少高速信号的损耗。对比3种连接器的不同间距,在8 GHz范围内,增加差分信号之间的局部间距,差分插入损耗变化不明显,说明增加差分信号之间的局部间距不会降低差分信号传输损耗。Differential signals are widely used in printed circuit designs,such as Ethernet and high-speed serial bus due to their strong anti-interference ability and the ability to achieve long-distance transmission.This article uses ANSYS simulation software to model and analyze the coupling method of differential signals.The results show that differential signals with line width/spacing of 0.4064 mm/0.8128 mm have smaller insertion losses,and using differential signals with larger line spacing is more conducive to reducing the loss of high-speed signals.By comparing the different spacing of three connectors,within the 8 GHz range,increasing the local spacings between differential signals does not result in significant changes in differential insertion loss,indicating that increasing the local spacing between differential signals will not reduce the transmission loss of differential signals.
