摘 要:海底隧道接岸段施工过程中为保证干地作业条件,在止推段设置二次止水结构。为施工便捷,通过设计模块化可拆卸的钢扶壁围堰结构,实现二次止水结构的快速安装及拆卸。文章运用有限元软件对其应力和变形进行分析,并与实际施工过程中监测的变形数据进行了比对。研究结果表明,装配式钢扶壁结构止水效果好,施工便捷,节约施工成本及工期,为止水结构设计提供了新的思路。During the construction of the shore connecting section of the immersed tunnel,a secondary water stop structure is installed in the thrust section to ensure waterless construction conditions.For the convenience of construction,a modular and detachable steel buttressed cofferdam structure is designed to achieve rapid installation and disassembly of secondary water stop structures.In this paper,the stress and deformation are analyzed by finite element software and compared with deformation data monitored during actual construction process.The research results indicate that the prefabricated steel buttress structure has good water stopping effect,convenient construction,saving construction costs and construction period,and provides new ideas for the design of water stop structures.
