摘　　要：《中国幽门螺杆菌感染防控》白皮书在2023年6月3日正式公布,对我国的幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)研究及其防治工作产生了显著影响。白皮书面向行政管理者、医药卫生专业人员和广大民众群体3个层面的需求,从HP的病原学介绍、感染流行病学特征、疾病负担、诊治现状、防控策略等多个方面进行了系统阐述。特别是对其病原学及感染特征的认识和理解、中国人群HP感染的疾病负担分析可作为国家防控策略制订和相关公共卫生资源投入的重要依据。白皮书还详尽介绍了HP感染的诊断方法及耐药性检测技术,并讨论了制定根除方案时需考虑的多个因素。它还指出HP感染干预是预防胃癌的关键措施,强调了中医药在防控中的作用,以及全社会对HP感染有效防控的必要性。本文拟对白皮书的关键内容进行初步解读,旨在帮助读者更深入理解相关信息,并促进HP感染的防控工作。The White Paper on Helicobacter pylori Infection Prevention and Control in China was officially released on June 3,2023,significantly impacting research and control measures against Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)in China.Targeting administrators,healthcare professionals,and the general public,the white paper comprehensively discusses various aspects including the etiology of H.pylori,epidemiological characteristics of the infection,disease burden,current diagnostic and treatment status,and prevention strategies.Notably,its insights into the pathogenesis and infection traits,along with an analysis of the disease burden of H.pylori infections among the Chinese population,serve as crucial foundations for formulating national prevention strategies and allocating public health resources.Additionally,the document extensively covers diagnostic methods and antimicrobial resistance testing techniques for H.pylori infections and discusses multiple factors to consider when developing eradication protocols.It also highlights H.pylori infection intervention as a primary measure for gastric cancer prevention,underscores the significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine in infection control,and stresses the necessity of societal participation in effective infection prevention and control.This article aims to provide a preliminary interpretation of the white paper's key contents,intending to deepen readers'understanding of the information and promote H.pylori infection prevention and control efforts.
