摘  要:采用形态学和分子系统学方法,对采集于桂西南喀斯特地区的木材腐朽菌进行系统分类研究,报道4个中国新记录种:有根刺革菌Rhizochaete radicata、拟白边干皮孔菌Skeletocutis subalbomarginata、卵孢嗜蓝孢孔菌Fomitiporia ovoidospora和肿丝大孔菌Megasporoporia inflata。R.radicata的主要特征为担子果膜质、有裂纹;菌丝系统单系型,囊状体呈纺锤形,担孢子近卵形至椭圆形。S.subalbomarginata新鲜子实体呈红棕色;囊状体近纺锤形,具隔膜,担孢子窄腊肠形。F.ovoidospora硬木质,多年生;囊状体纺锤形,担孢子卵圆形或圆形。M.inflata一年生,菌丝在KOH试剂中变得肿大。本研究提供了4个新记录种的形态特征描述和图示;另外,采用ITS或nLSU序列进行系统发育分析,为形态学鉴定提供分子依据。Morphological and molecular phylogenetic methods were employed to systematically identify wood-decaying fungi collected in karst areas of southwest Guangxi,and four newly recorded species of China,Rhizochaete radicata,Skeletocutis subalbomarginata,Fomitiporia ovoidospora and Megasporoporia inflata were reported.The basidiomata of R.radicata are membranous and cracked;the cystidia are fusiform and the spore is subovate to oval.The fresh fruiting bodies of S.subalbomarginata is reddish brown,with subfusiform and septate cystidium,and the spore is narrowly sausage-shaped.Basidiomata of F.ovoidospora is perennial,woody,with spindle-shaped cystidia and ovoid or rounded basidiospores.Basidiomata of M.inflata is annual and the skeletal hyphae become strongly swollen in KOH.ITS or nLSU sequences were phylogenetically analysed to provide molecular side witness of morphological identification.
