摘　　要：ABVD方案是霍奇金淋巴瘤的标准一线治疗方案,其在有效性和安全性方面均具有显著优势。血液系统毒性、胃肠道反应、周围神经病变等是ABVD方案最常见的不良反应,而以甲板与甲床失去粘连为特征的甲剥离较为少见。本研究通过报道1例霍奇金淋巴瘤患者使用ABVD方案后发生甲剥离的诊疗经过,对甲剥离的发生机制和防治措施进行分析,旨在为临床安全用药提供参考。ABVD regimen has been approved as the stan⁃dard first-line treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma,which has prominent advantages in efficacy and safety.Hematological toxicity,gastrointestinal reactions,and peripheral neuropathy represent the most frequent adverse events associated with ABVD.Onycholysis characterized by the separation of nail bed and nail plate,has been observed with ABVD in several patients.In this study,we present the diagnosis and treat⁃ment of a patient with onycholysis caused by ABVD regimen in Hodgkin lymphoma.The mechanism of onycholysis and the prevention and treatment measures were explained in order to provide reference for clinical medication.
