摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2023年6月本院妇产科收治的子宫内膜异位症患者80例,根据手术方式分为观察组(n=40,实施腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合手术治疗)和对照组(n=40,实施腹腔镜手术治疗),对比两组治疗效果、术后2年妊娠率、手术相关指标及手术前后性激素水平。结果:两组手术相关指标无差异(P>0.05),观察组总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(85.0%),妊娠率(60.0%)高于对照组(37.5%)(均P<0.05);术后1个月两组卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平均降低,且观察组(5.16±1.21 U/L、8.56±2.78 U/L、102.23±38.20 pg/ml)均低于对照组(7.18±1.45 U/L、15.14±3.69 U/L、167.34±42.18 pg/ml)(均P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症,不仅可提高疗效,还可改善患者性激素水平,提高术后妊娠率。Objective:To investigate the effect of the laparoscopy combined with the hysteroscopy for treating patients with endometriosis.Methods:80 patients with endometriosis admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department were selected and were divided into two groups according to the different operation methods from June 2020 to June 2023.40 patients in the observation group were given laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy surgery and 40 patients in the control group were given laparoscopy surgery.The therapeutic effect,the pregnancy rate within 2 years after operation,the operation-related indicators and the sex hormone levels before and after operation of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the operation-related indicators values of the patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate(97.5%)and the pregnancy rate(60.0%)of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those(85.0% and 37.5%)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of the follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol of the patients in the two groups in 1 month after operation had decreased significantly,and which(5.16±1.21 U/L,8.56±2.78 U/L and 102.23±38.20 pg/ml)of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those(7.18±1.45 U/L,15.14±3.69U/L and 167.34±42.18 pg/ml)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for treating the patients with endometriosis can not only improve their curative effect,but also improve their levels of sex hormones and their postoperative pregnancy rate.
