摘  要:框架核酸是一类具有独特物理、化学和生物特性的纳米组装寡核苷酸。根据沃森-克里克碱基配对规则,可以利用DNA配对杂交制备出各种形状和大小的DNA框架,这些框架具有高度可重复性和稳定性。通过将寡核苷酸编程组装成框架核酸,可以为研究纳米材料与生物体之间的相互作用提供高度可控的模型。概述了框架核酸在生物医学中的最新研究进展,旨在为DNA纳米技术的深入探索与应用提供参考。Framework nucleic acids(FNAs)are a class of nano-assembled oligonucleotides with unique physical,chemical and biological properties.According to the Watson-Crick base pairing rule,DNA frameworks of various shapes and sizes can be prepared by DNA pairing hybridization.These frameworks demonstrate high degree of reproducibility and stability.The programmable assembly of oligonucleotides into FNAs provides a highly controllable model for studying interactions between nanomaterials and living organisms.The latest research progress of FNAs in biomedicine was summarized in this article,aiming to provide reference for the further exploration and application of DNA nanotechnology.
