摘  要:[目的/意义]从分类体系双向映射的视角,探索科学与技术之间的互动特征与模式,有助于探测技术机会、度量创新水平、理解产学政关系以及构建高质量路线图等。[方法/过程]论文基于DrugBank数据库,以学术型发明人为桥梁收集产出的学术论文、专利文献、署名机构、MeSH主题词和IPC分类号等信息,为署名机构界定科学/技术属性,在此基础上构建MeSH主题词和IPC分类号间的双向映射关系,最后分析生物制药领域科学—技术互动的特征与模式。[结果/结论]生物制药领域中技术→科学方向的知识流动明显多于科学→技术方向;有关年轻人的科学研究推动了氧、硫以及药物物理形状的技术发展;科学技术的互动程度方面,男性明显高于女性;动物、不同年龄段的人类以及A61K 45/06、A61P 43/00等是科学—技术互动中的主要知识单元;剂量—反应关系、病毒复制、诱导缓解等是科学—技术互动中最活跃的科学理论,对A61K 31/52等方面的专利技术研究中起到支持作用;A61K 45/06、A61K 9/00等是科学—技术互动中最活跃的专利技术领域,包含消炎药、强心剂、抗肿瘤药等药物,受到大众群体的广泛关注且潜在需求较大。[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of bidirectional mapping of classification systems,exploring the interactive characteristics and patterns between science and technology can help to detect technological opportunities,measure innovation levels,understand the relationship between industry,academia,and government,and build a high-quality roadmap.[Method/process]Based on the DrugBank database,academic inventors are used as a bridge to collect the following information:academic papers,patents,byline institutions,MeSH headings,and IPC codes.Science/technology tag is assigned for each byline institution on the basis of its research/development property.Then,a bidirectional mapping between MeSH headings and IPC codes is constructed.Finally,the characteristics and patterns of sciencetechnology interactions in the biopharmaceutical field are analyzed.[Result/conclusion]In the field of biopharmaceuticals,the knowledge flow from technology to science is obviously higher than that from science to technology;Scientific research on young people has propelled the technological development of oxygen,sulfur,and the physical shape of drugs.In the interaction between science and technology,MeSH headings about males are higher than that about females.The MeSH headings about animals,humans of different age groups,and the IPC codes“A61K 45/06”and“A61P 43/00”dominate knowledge units in science-technology interaction.Several active scientific theories in the interactions between science and technology include Dose-Response Relationship,Virus Replication,Remission Induction and so on,which play a supporting role in the research of patented technologies related to“A61K 31/52”.Similarly,several most active patented technologies in the science-technology interactions are“A61K 45/06”,“A61K 9/00”,and so forth,which are relevant to anti-inflammatory drugs,cardiac stimulants,anti-tumor drugs,and other drugs.They have received widespread attention from the public and have a high potential demand.
