摘 要:核级热电偶是核电领域温度测量仪表中常用的测温元件,对核电领域发展起着至关重要的作用。为响应国家核电发展规划,推动核级热电偶相关产业技术的发展,本文采用专利导航结合文献综述的方式,从相关专利的市场布局、技术领域、应用场合等方面综合分析了核级热电偶技术发展概况。结果表明:(1)国内外核级热电偶研发趋势整体呈“M”型周期性变化,中国逐渐成为主要的研究国家和专利布局区域;(2)核电热电偶专利主要分布在热电偶制备与应用两大技术领域,相关专利技术以堆芯、燃料元件、保护壳和其他关键系统(含一、二回路)方面的应用研究为主,研究呈现范围不断扩大、专利技术不断细化的趋势;(3)国内核电热电偶专利技术倾向于应用研究,且多数专利集中在少数创新主体单位手中。最后,本文从核电热电偶专利市场布局、技术合作及研究热点方向等提出了建议。Nuclear thermocouples are commonly used in temperature measuring instruments in the field of nuclear power,and play a vital role in the development of nuclear power.In order to respond to the national nuclear power development plan and promote the development of nuclear thermocouple related industrial technologies,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development of nuclear thermocouple technology from the aspects of market layout,technical fields and application of related patents by means of patent navigation and literature review.The results show that:(1)The research and development trend of nuclear thermocouples at home and abroad shows an“M”type cyclical change,and China gradually becomes the main research country and patent distribution area;(2)Nuclear power thermocouple patents are mainly distributed in the two technical fields of thermocouple preparation and application,and related patent technologies are mainly applied research in core,fuel elements,protective shells and other key systems(including first and second circuits),and the scope of research shows a trend of continuous expansion and patent technology refinement;(3)Domestic nuclear power thermocouple patent technology tends to be applied research,and most patents are concentrated in the hands of a few innovation entities.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the patent market layout,technical cooperation and research hotspots of nuclear power thermocouple.
