基于中日韩比较分析我国造船强国建设中专利的作用与发展

摘　　要：目前,我国进入建设造船强国的关键阶段,在绿色、智能船舶领域以及新兴海洋科技装备与韩国、日本以及欧洲造船业展开正面和全面竞争,创新实力成为影响胜负的关键因素。保护知识产权就是保护创新。专利作为知识产权的核心类型,具有技术、法律、地域三种特性,对企业、国家提升国际竞争力具有重要意义。本文从中日韩三国的专利总体情况分析入手,厘清专利对造船强国建设的核心作用;随后将我国主要造船企业与日韩先进造船企业从专利数量、专利技术领域分布、专利海外布局情况三方面进行对比,分析中日韩三国主要造船集团专利差距;最后提出支撑我国获得竞争优势,加快建设成为造船强国的专利工作发展对策。At present,China has entered a critical stage of building a strong shipbuilding country,engaging in positive and comprehensive competition with the shipbuilding industries of South Korea,Japan,and Europe in the fields of green and intelligent ships,as well as emerging marine technology equipment.Innovative strength has become a key factor affecting the outcome.Protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation.Patent,as the core type of intellectual property,has three characteristics:technical,legal,and geographical,which are of great significance for enterprises and countries to enhance their international competitiveness.This article starts with an analysis of the overall situation of patents in China,Japan,and South Korea,clarifying the core role of patents in building a strong shipbuilding country;subsequently,a comparison was made between the main shipbuilding enterprises in China and advanced shipbuilding enterprises in Japan and South Korea in terms of patent quantity,patent technology field distribution,and overseas patent layout,in order to analyze the patent gap among the main shipbuilding groups in China,Japan,and South Korea;finally,the development strategies for patent work to support China’s competitive advantage and accelerate the construction of a strong shipbuilding country are proposed.
