城市更新下的历史街区活化设计研究——以荆州市三义街北段为例

摘　　要：历史街区的保护与发展一直是城市更新的焦点所在,三义街作为历史文化古城——荆州的一条历史街区,如何进行相应的更新改造亟待解决方法和设计策略。对三义街北段现状进行空间特征、建筑现状以及生活场景三大视角的调研,分析、总结其保护和发展的重要切入点,以微更新理念为基础,提出以独特街巷空间设计、建筑功能更新引入以及生活氛围营造的历史街区活化设计策略,让三义街北段历史文化得以留存和传承。The protection and development of historic districts has always been the focus of urban renewal.As a historical neighborhood in Jingzhou,a historical and cultural ancient city,Sanyi street is in need of solutions and design strategies for its renewal and transformation.The three perspectives of spatial characteristics,architectural status,and living scenes of the northern section of Sanyi street are investigated to analyze and summarize the important entry points for its protection and development,and based on the concept of micro-renewal,a revitalization design strategy is proposed for the historic district,including the design of unique street space,the introduction of architectural function updates,and the creation of a living atmosphere,so as to enable the historical and cultural heritage of the northern section of Sanyi street to be retained and passed on.
