基于空间句法的门禁社区活力探讨——以厦门市槟榔社区为例

摘　　要：将开放式老旧社区封闭为门禁社区是目前社区更新改造实践中常用的手法之一,这种自上而下的改造方式是否能维持原有社区的生活氛围一直存在着争议。以厦门市槟榔社区个案为研究对象,运用空间句法理论Depth Map X软件,通过整合度、选择度、可视域整合度等形态参数对开放社区改造为门禁社区前、后的可达性和可视性等进行分析,并结合实地调研进行比对校验,以此探讨门禁社区改造对关于社区活力的社区步行系统和公共活动空间的影响,从而提出若干优化策略,以期为后续类似的社区改造设计实践提供参考。Transforming open old communities into gated communities is a prevalent practice in community revitalization and renovation.However,the efficacy of this top-down transformation approach in preserving the community vitality remains controversial.This study focuses on the Binlang Community in Xiamen city and utilizes the DepthMapX software platform which is based on space syntax theory,to analyze the overall-integration(reachability)and visibility through morphological parameters including integration,choice,and visual integration before and after the conversion from an open community to a gated community,and combined with on-site investigations for comparison and verification.The study explores how the transformation impacts the community vitality including walkability system and public activity spaces,and thus proposes several optimization strategies for future community renovation and design practices.
