基于旅游地空间竞争理论的晋中市晋商大院旅游协同发展研究  

Research on the Coordinated Development of Tourism in Jinshang Compound in Jinzhong City Based on the Theory of Spatial Competition of Tourism Destinations

摘  要:晋商大院旅游协同发展是实现晋商大院可持续旅游发展的重要途径。以乔家大院、渠家大院、常家庄园和王家大院4座晋商大院为研究对象,基于旅游地空间竞争理论,运用ArcGIS软件、引力模型和旅游市场集中度进行分析。研究表明:晋中旅游资源整体分布趋于集聚,地区分布不均,密度高的地区基本与4座晋商大院的位置重合;4座晋商大院的旅游经济联系度分极化;旅游市场集中度偏高,均值较低,基本形成了乔家大院、王家大院二足鼎立的格局。总结晋商大院旅游地产生空间竞争的原因,并提出旅游协同发展对策。The coordinated development of tourism in Jinshang Compound is an important way to realize the sustainable tourism development of Jinshang Compound.Based on the theory of spatial competition in tourist destinations,ArcGIS software,gravitational model and tourism market concentration are used to analyze four Jinshang Compounds,including Qiaojia Compound,Qujia Compound,Changjia Manor and Wangjia Compound.The results show that the overall distribution of tourism resources in Jinzhong tends to be agglomeration,and the regional distribution is uneven,and the areas with high density basically coincide with the locations of the four Jinshang compounds.The degree of tourism and economic ties of the four Jin merchant compounds is polarized;The concentration of the tourism market is high and the average value is low,which basically forms a two-legged pattern of Qiaojia Courtyard and Wangjia Courtyard.The reasons for the spatial competition in the tourist destination of Jinshang Compound are summarized,and the countermeasures for the coordinated development of tourism are put forward.
