摘　　要：组织域科学化、规范化和制度化发展是其高效运行的重要路径。根据高职电商专业以及当前新媒体电商发展的特点,政产学研用一体发展、协同发展的路径在于:政府实现“政策引领”和“宏观调控”并行;产学研“非正式制度”向“正式制度”转化;用户在“隐性”参与下诉说“显性”需求;整体实现“强制度组织”与“弱制度组织”融通。The scientific,standardized and institutionalized development of organizational domain is an important path for its efficient operation.According to the characteristics of higher vocational e-commerce major and combined with the characteristics of the current development of new media e-commerce,the path of integrated development of government,industry,university and research is:The government implements"policy guidance"and"macro-control"in parallel;The transformation of"informal system"into"formal system";Users tell"explicit"needs under"implicit"participation;To realize the integration of"strong institutional organization"and"weak institutional organization".
