摘  要:本文针对飞机着陆冲击动力学建立了飞机单轮主起落架有限元模型,并进行着陆冲击动力学仿真和安全分析。首先,通过对机身、起落架、轮胎和道面结构的简化构建了飞机单轮主起落架三维模型,并利用Hypermesh完成模型的网格划分。其次,采用Ogden模型描述轮胎橡胶的应力-应变关系,建立了轮胎有限元模型,验证了轮胎变形的仿真结果与经验公式计算结果基本一致。最后,采用隐式动力学算法研究了不同着陆速度下轮胎的承受载荷和变形情况,并结合适航标准对轮胎着陆冲击的安全性进行分析,得到了飞机着陆速度的安全阈值,为航空轮胎着陆安全性评估提供了新的研究方法。This article established a finite element model of aircraft single-wheel main landing gear for the landing impact dynamic and conducted landing impact dynamic simulation and safety analysis.Firstly,by simplifying the fuselage,landing gear,tire,and pavement structure,a three-dimensional model of the aircraft single-wheel main landing gear was constructed,and Hypermesh was used to complete the mesh division of the model.Secondly,the Ogden model was used to describe the stress-strain relationship of tire rubber,and a finite element model of the tire was established to verify that the simulation results of tire deformation were basically consistent with the results calculated by empirical formulae.Finally,the implicit dynamic algorithm was used to study the load-bearing capacity and deformation of the tire under different landing speeds,and the safety of tire landing impact was analyzed in combination with airworthiness standards.The safety threshold of aircraft landing speed was obtained,providing a new research method for safety assessment of aircraft tire landing.
