摘 要:针对大型港口设备企业在产品制造过程中各类工程车辆数量多、管理难、运行成本高的问题,建立数字化的动态物流管理模型,研发了适用于大型生产制造企业的厂内车辆物流调度系统,给出了系统结构和关键技术。应用表明,该系统充分融合数字化、智能化技术,可实现用车客户端、司机执行端、管理人员之间信息的全流程贯通,有效提升厂内工程车辆的管理效率、作业安全性,降低车辆能源消耗。In order to solve the problems of large number of engineering vehicles,difficult management and high operating cost in the process of product manufacturing of large-scale port equipment enterprises,a digital dynamic logistics management model is established,and an in-plant vehicle logistics scheduling system suitable for large-scale manufacturing enterprises is developed,and the system structure and key technologies are given.The application shows that the system fully integrates digital and intelligent technologies,which can realize the whole process of information between the vehicle client,the driver execution end,and the management personnel,and effectively improve the management efficiency,operation safety,and reduce vehicle energy consumption of engineering vehicles in the factory.
