摘 要:针对建设危险货物集装箱自动化堆场问题,提出2种堆场平面布置方案。通过综合分析成本、效率、安全等因素,对2种方案进行比选,确立最终实施方案。结合堆场运营实际和作业设备特性,给出正面吊+低门架防爆叉车+集装箱拖挂车的装卸工艺方案,设计基于根据作业区匹配设备的一体化装卸工艺流程。Aiming at the issue of the construction of dangerous goods automated container yard,two kinds of container yard layout schemes are proposed.By comprehensively analyzing factors such as cost,efficiency,and safety,two schemes are compared and selected to establish the final implementation scheme.Based on the actual operation of the yard and the characteristics of the operating equipment,a handling process plan is proposed for the reach stacker,low gantry explosion-proof forklift,and container trailer.The design is based on an integrated handling process flow that matches equipment according to the operating area.
