摘 要:以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸为单体,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯及N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为功能单体,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了水性丙烯酸树脂黏结剂。结果表明,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)添加量为11.2%时,乳液平均粒径为172.7 nm,黏度为14.9 mPa·s,并且在100℃下乳液性能保持稳定。接触角及力学性能测试表明,利用水性丙烯酸树脂黏结剂(GMA添加量11.2%)进行浆内施胶,特种含能纸基材料的应力由15.24 MPa增加至33.06 MPa,接触角由108.3°提高到113.3°。Water-based acrylic resin binder was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate,methyl methacry‐late,acrylamide,and acrylic acid as monomers,glycidyl methacrylate,and N,N'-methylene diacrylamideas as functional monomers.The results showed that the average particle size of the emulsion was 172.7 nm,the viscosity was 14.9 mPa·s,and the emulsion could exist stably at 100℃when the dosage of glycidyl methacrylate was 11.2%.The contact angle and mechanical properties test results revealed that the stress of the spe‐cial energetic paper-based material was increased from 15.24 MPa to 33.06 MPa,and the contact was increased from 108.3°to 113.3°by using water-based acylic resin binder(GMA content was 11.2%).
