人力资源管理视角下高校毕业生就业竞争力研究

摘  要:为研究高校毕业生的就业竞争力,从人力资源管理视角出发,通过问卷调查法分析毕业生在实践与学识、专业职业技能、人际关系、职业素养等方面的表现。信度检验结果表明,问卷具有较高的内部一致性及可靠性,能够为人力资源管理领域研究提供数据支持。由描述性统计可知,多数毕业生就业竞争力较强,在各项能力及素养方面表现出色。相关性分析结果表明,实践与学识、专业职业技能、人际关系、职业素养这四个关键维度在1%的水平上呈显著正相关关系,其中实践与学识维度在所有维度中拥有最大权重(28.429%)。虽然人际关系维度的权重相对较小,但依然能够说明良好的人际关系能够帮助毕业生更好地融入职场。高校应打破学科壁垒,与企业共同打造校企合作平台,更好地贴近就业市场的用人需求,从而提高毕业生的就业竞争力。In order to study the employment competitiveness of college graduates,from the perspective of human resource management,the study analyzes the performance of graduates in practice,knowledge,professional skills,interpersonal relations and professional quality with questionnaire survey.The reliability test results show that the questionnaire has high internal consistency and reliability,and can provide data support for human resource management.According to descriptive statistics,most graduates have strong employment competitiveness and excellent performance in various abilities and qualities.The results of correlation analysis show that the four key dimensions of practice and knowledge,professional and vocational skills,interpersonal relationship and professional literacy are significantly positively correlated at the level of 1%,among which the dimension of practice and knowledge has the greatest weight(28.429%).Although the weight of interpersonal relationship dimension is relatively small,it can still show that good interpersonal relationship can help graduates better integrate into the workplace.Colleges and universities should break the discipline barrier and build a school-enterprise cooperation platform together with enterprises to better meet the employment demand of the job market,so as to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates.
