摘 要:近年来,大学生慢就业现象比较常见,引起社会广泛关注。为科学评价大学生慢就业现象,合理引导高校毕业生就业,选取河北省5所高校2023年应届毕业生为调研对象,开发测评量表,编制设计调查问卷,构建大学生慢就业影响因素测评体系,对其就业能力、就业准备、职业规划、就业观念、就业压力等影响因素进行定量评价,探索应对大学生慢就业现象的策略。大学生就业率是衡量高校教学质量与就业情况的重要指标,也是经济社会发展的重要保障,为此高校应紧跟社会需求,优化人才培养方案,提升人才培养素质;毕业生自身也应摆正就业心态,积极做好就业准备与职业规划;毕业生家庭也应改变择业观,尊重子女的就业选择,协助其做好职业发展规划,帮助其进一步明确人生目标。In recent years,the phenomenon of slow employment among college students has become increasingly prominent,which has arouse widely attention.In order to scientifically evaluate the phenomenon of slow employment among college students and reasonably guide the employment of college graduates,fresh graduates of 2023 grade from 5 universities in Hebei Province are selected as the research objects.An evaluation scale is developed,and a survey questionnaire is designed accordingly.The study conducts the evaluation system for the influencing factors of slow employment among college students;conducts quantitative evaluation of their influencing factors:employment ability,employment preparation,career planning,employment concept,and employment pressure,etc.;and explores guiding strategies of the phenomenon of slow employment.The employment rate of college students is an important index to measure the quality of teaching and employment in colleges and universities,and also an important guarantee for economic and social development.Therefore,colleges and universities should keep up with the social needs,optimize the talent training program,and improve the quality of talent training.Graduates should also correct the employment mentality,and actively prepare for employment and career planning.Graduates’families should also change their career outlook,respect their children’s employment choices,help them to make career development plans,and help them to further clarify their life goals.
