摘  要:劳动与社会保障法作为一门法学课程,本身蕴含丰富的思政元素。然而,由于教师的思想认知存在偏差,教师的思政水平和课堂思政能力不足,加上课时分配不合理以及考评机制不完善等原因,思政元素融入课堂的工作没有取得积极成效。要使思政元素融入课堂的工作取得积极成效,一是要提高教师对思政元素融入课堂的重要性的认识,二是要提高和增强教师的思政水平和能力,三是要合理分配劳动法的教学课时,四是要建立和完善有关思政元素融入课堂的考核机制。As a legal discipline,the law of labor and social security itself contains rich ideological and political elements.However,due to the teachers' Insufficient understanding,insufficient level of ideological and political,insufficient abilities of curriculum ideology and politics,unreasonable class hour allocation,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms,the integrating of ideological and political elements into classroom teaching of labor and social security law has not achieved ideal results.To achieve effective integration of ideological and political elements into the classroom,firstly,it is necessary to raise teachers' awareness of the importance of the integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom.Secondly,it is necessary to reasonably allocate teaching hours for labor and social security laws.Thirdly,it is necessary to establish and improve the evaluation mechanisms for the integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom.
