摘 要:为解决国内现有液氢加氢站中核心设备短期内无法实现国产化以及液氢站加注过程中氢浪费量过大等问题,基于机械压缩增压和热压缩增压机理,构建了基于低损耗热压缩的新型液氢加氢站工艺系统,并利用Aspen HYSYS软件对该新型液氢加氢站工艺系统进行了稳态模拟,得出了系统运行工况参数,确定了优化工艺方案。在此基础上对现有液氢加氢站和新型液氢加氢站系统及其热压缩模块分别进行了能耗分析,结果表明,现有的“增压与汽化并行”式液氢加氢站系统比能耗为0.912 kWh/kg,而低损耗热压缩的新型液氢加氢站系统比能耗为0.322 kWh/kg,其比能耗比现有液氢加氢站降低了64.8%。这表明基于低损耗热压缩的新型液氢加氢站系统更节能,系统中关键部件的[火用]效率也更高。In order to solve the problems that the core equipments in the existing domestic liquid hydrogen refueling station cannot be localized in the short term and the amount of hydrogen wasted in the refueling process of the liquid hydrogen station is too large,based on the mechanical compression boosting and thermal compression boosting mechanism,a new type of liquid hydrogen refueling station process system based on low-loss thermal compression was constructed.The steady-state simulation was carried out for the new type of liquid hydrogen refueling station process system by using the Aspen HYSYS software,and the operating parameters were obtained,and the optimized process scheme was determined.On this basis,the energy consumption analysis of the existing and the new liquid hydrogen refueling station systems and their thermal compression modules were carried out respectively.The results showed that the specific energy consumption of the existing pressurization and gasification parallel refueling station system was 0.912 kWh/kg,while the specific energy consumption of the new liquid hydrogen refueling station with low-loss thermal compression was 0.322 kWh/kg,which is 64.8%lower than that of the existing liquid hydrogen refueling station.This indicates that the new liquid hydrogen refueling station system with low-loss thermal compression is more energy-efficient,and the exergy efficiencies of key components in the system are higher.
