摘 要:为改善日益呈现微型化和高功率化的微化工器件的散热性能,提出一种叠层交错凹穴微通道热沉。运用数值模拟方法研究该微通道热沉内流动和传热特性,考查扩缩比φ和高度比β对热性能的影响,并与直微通道热沉和单层三角形凹穴微通道热沉分别进行对比,评估其综合性能C_(PE)。结果表明:具有叠层交错凹穴的微通道热沉的努塞尔数Nu和摩擦因数f分别比单层三角形凹穴微通道高10.1%—34.4%和5.9%—28.7%。Nu、f、C_(PE)均随φ的增大而减小。当固定φ值且β=0.5时,Nu、f、C_(PE)在相应雷诺数Re下达到最大值。在相同Re条件下,β在0.25—0.75内的变化不会引起流动阻力的显著波动。叠层交错凹穴微通道热沉可以加强流体的混合,中断热边界层的再发展,具有强化传热作用。A MCHS⁃LIC(microchannel heat sink with laminated interlaced cavities)was proposed to improve the heat dissipation performance of microchemical engineering devices with increasing miniaturization and high power.The flow and heat transfer properties in the MCHS⁃LIC were studied by numerical simulation.The influences of expansion⁃to⁃contraction ratioφand height ratioβon thermal performance were investigated.The MCHS⁃LIC was compared with the MCHS(microchannel heat sink)with straight channel and MCHS with single⁃layer triangular cavities,respectively.The evaluation was performed for the comprehensive performance CPE of the MCHS⁃LIC.The results show that the Nussel number Nu and friction factor f of the MCHS⁃LIC are 10.1%⁃34.4%and 5.9%⁃28.7%higher than those of the MCHS with single⁃layer triangular cavities.For the MCHS⁃LIC,Nu,f and CPE decrease with the increase ofφ.Whenφis fixed andβ=0.5,Nu,f and C_(PE) reach the maximum value at the corresponding Reynolds number Re.The change ofβwithin the range of 0.25⁃0.75 doesn′t cause significant fluctuations in flow resistance under the same Re.The MCHS⁃LIC can strength fluid mixing and interrupt the redevelopment of thermal boundary layer,thereby enhancing heat transfer.
