摘 要:建立多品类应急物资在跨城综合运输路径的优化模型,并根据货船在港口之间的往返运输情形设计港口货船调度模块,在此基础上,融合粒子群算法解决物资在各运输阶段对中转节点选择的问题。通过设置两种不同型号货船的仿真计算对比试验,优化结果分析,验证本文所提出算法的有效性,为应急灾害的运输决策问题提供行之有效的解决方案。A mathematical model was established to optimize the transport path of multi-category emergency supplies across the city,and a port cargo ship scheduling module was designed according to the round-trip transport situation of cargo ships between ports.On this basis,particle swarm optimization algorithm was integrated to solve the selection of transit nodes for cargo in each transport stage.Through the simulation calculation and comparison test of two different types of cargo ship,it is concluded that the cargo ship with large capacity and high economic speed has more advantages in transportation efficiency and cost under the requirement of short delivery time.Through the analysis of the simulation optimization results,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified,and it can provide an effective solution for the transportation decision of emergency disaster.
