香菊片联合糠酸莫米松治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果及对复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨香菊片与糠酸莫米松联合使用,对慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果及对复发率的影响。方法 选择焦作市五官医院2020年12月至2021年11月就诊的慢性鼻窦炎患者160例,采用随机数表法分成对照组及观察组,各80例。对照组患者基于糠酸莫米松,观察组患者给予糠酸莫米松加香菊片。两组均治疗12周。检测临床疗效、主客观症状评分、生活质量评分,随访6个月,对比两组复发率。结果 治疗后两组治疗有效率的比较,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组主观症状及客观症状评分比较,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组生活质量评分比较,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组复发率(11.25%)低于对照组(28.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 香菊片与糠酸莫米松联合使用,可改善慢性鼻窦炎患者生活质量和主观及客观症状评分,疗效确切,且预后良好。Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of the combination of Xiangju tablets and mometasone furoate on chronic sinusitis and its impact on recurrence rate.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic sinusitis who were treated in the hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group patients were given mometasone furoate,while the observation group patients were given mometasone furoate plus Xiangju tablets.After 12 weeks of treatment in both groups,clinical efficacy,subjective and objective symptom scores,objective symptom score,and quality of life score were measured.Follow up for 6 months and compare the recurrence rate between the two groups.Results After treatment,the comparison of total effective rates between the two groups showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The subjective symptoms and objective symptom scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).The difference in quality of life scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison of recurrence rates between two groups,the observation group(11.25%) was lower than the control group(28.75%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiangju tablets and mometasone furoate can improve the quality of life and subjective and objective symptom scores of patients with chronic sinusitis,with definite therapeutic effects and a good prognosis.
