不同检测法对女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌阳性检出情况及菌种类型检出结果的对比分析

摘　　要：目的 比较凝集法、培养法及镜检法对女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌阳性检出情况及菌种类型的检出结果。方法 回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年6月开封市中医院收治的1 200例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床资料,全部患者均接受假丝酵母菌检测,检测方法为凝集法、培养法及镜检法,将联合检验结果作为依据,分析凝集法、培养法及镜检法的假丝酵母菌阳性检出率与检测结果平均时间。结果 1 200例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者中白假丝酵母菌1 020例,热带假丝酵母菌128例,光滑假丝酵母菌52例;镜检法、培养法、凝集法对假丝酵母菌的阳性检出率与联合检验相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);镜检法检测结果平均时间短于培养法与凝集法,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 凝集法、培养法及镜检法在女性假丝酵母菌检测中准确率均较高,且镜检法需要花费的检测时间更短,可加快检测速度。Objective To compare the detection rates and species identification results of Candida in female vulvovaginal samples using agglutination,culture,and microscopic examination methods.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 1 200 patients with Candida vulvovaginitis admitted to Kaifeng City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023.All patients underwent Candida detection using agglutination,culture,and microscopic examination methods.Based on the combined test results,the detection rates of Candida using agglutination,culture,and microscopic examination methods were analyzed,along with the average time for obtaining test results.Results Among the 1,200 patients with Candida vulvovaginitis,Candida albicans was detected in 1 020 cases,Candida tropicalis in 128 cases,and Candida glabrata in 52 cases.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rates of Candida among the microscopic examination,culture,and agglutination methods compared with the combined test(P > 0.05).The average time for obtaining test results was shorter with the microscopic examination method than with the culture and agglutination methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Agglutination,culture,and microscopic examination methods have high accuracy in detecting Candida in females,with the microscopic examination method requiring less time for testing,thereby speeding up the detection process.
