盐酸米多君联合左卡尼汀在维持性血液透析患者透析中低血压的防治作用分析

摘　　要：目的 探究盐酸米多君联合左卡尼汀在维持性血液透析(Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD)患者透析中低血压的防治作用。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年9月济南市第七人民医院收治的80例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,并按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用左卡尼汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加盐酸米多君治疗,比较两组患者治疗后低血压风险情况、治疗前后的血压以及疗效情况。结果 治疗后观察组患者低血压风险(5.00%)明显低于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血压明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效(97.50%)明显优于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。结论 盐酸米多君联合左卡尼汀在MHD患者低血压防治中有更好的效果。Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of midodrine hydrochloride combined with Lcarnitine on hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients.Methods A total of eighty maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Jinan Seventh People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty patients each group.The control group was treated with L-carnitine,the observation group added Midodrine hydrochloride based on the control group,and the risk of hypotension after treatment,the blood pressure before and after treatment and the curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the risk of hypotension in observation group(5.00%) of patients was significantly lower than that in control group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the effect of the observation group(97.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).Conclusion Midodrine hydrochloride combined with Lcarnitine has a better effect in the prevention and treatment of hypotension in MHD patients.
