摘　　要：探索构建以应用闭环管理理念设计的体检健康管理平台体系,包括体检业务、财务管理、体检预约、体检智能导检和体检与集成平台数据联通等多模块多系统全流程闭环管理。实施结果表明,全流程互联互通闭环管理的体检健康管理平台显著提高了医院职业健康监护工作服务质量,提升了工作效率及客户的满意度。This study explores the construction of a health examination management platform system designed based on the concept of closed-loop management,including multiple modules and systems for health examination business,financial management,appointment scheduling,intelligent guidance for examinations,and data integration with other platforms.The implementation results show that the health examination management platform with a fully interconnected closed-loop management system significantly improves the service quality of occupational health monitoring in hospitals,enhances work efficiency,and increases customer satisfaction.
