摘 要:病案管理中病案归档排架是很重要的基础性工作。本研究提出了归档排架方式的核心要素,并对传统归档排架方式SNFS存在的缺陷进行分析。在电子病历普及背景下,基于局部性原理,提出了将归档功能从病案号分离,增设归档号来替代的方案,并对方案进行了具体设计及实现。结论:此方案在保留SNFS优点前提下,充分利用病案库房归档排架活动的规律特征,实现了基于局部性原理的优化,避免了SNFS的缺陷,使病案库房归档排架管理更有科学性,是电子病历背景下对传统病案归档排架方式的一种有效创新。The archiving and shelving of medical records is an important foundational work in medical record management.This study proposes the core elements of archive shelving methods and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional archive shelving methods such as SNFS.In the context of the popularization of electronic medical records,based on the principle of locality,a scheme was proposed to separate the archiving function from the medical record number and add an archive number to replace it.The scheme was specifically designed and implemented.Conclusion:While retaining the advantages of SNFS,this scheme fully utilizes the regular characteristics of archiving and shelving activities in the medical record warehouse,achieves optimization based on the principle of locality,avoids the shortcomings of SNFS,and makes the management of archiving and shelving in the medical record warehouse more scientific.It is an effective innovation of traditional medical record archiving and shelving methods in the context of electronic medical records.
