摘　　要：研制了一种高精度动态电阻测试仪,分析了直流电流输出、直流电压测量的设计原理,探讨了测量误差和关键器件,经高准确度数字多用表和标准直流电压源验证,该动态电阻测试仪的直流电流输出准确度为0.02%,电阻测量准确度为0.02%,测量分辨率达到六位。The study researches a high precise and dynamic resistance tester,analyzes the design principle of DC current output and DC voltage measurement,and discusses the measurement error and key components.The results are verified by high accuracy digital multimeter and standard DC voltage source.The DC current output accuracy of the dynamic resistance tester is 0.02%,the resistance measurement accuracy is 0.02%,and the measurement resolution reaches more than 105.
