全程护理对老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的康复效果研究

摘　　要：为分析全程护理对老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的康复效果,选择60位老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各30人。从老年患者的康复时间、术后并发症、疼痛程度、焦虑抑郁情绪、护理满意度、术后生活质量等方面建立组间对比分析,结果表明,全程护理能够显著缩短老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的康复时间,降低术后并发症的发生率和疼痛等级,缓解术后抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高老年患者对护理工作的满意度和术后生活质量。In order to analyze the rehabilitation effect of wholecourse nursing on elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,the study selects 60 elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and divides them into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.Comparative analysis was done on the rehabilitation time,postoperative complications,pain degree,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction and postoperative quality of life of elderly patients,etc.The results show that wholecourse nursing can significantly shorten the rehabilitation time of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain grade,relieve postoperative depression and anxiety,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work and postoperative quality of life of elderly patients.
