摘　　要：针对某机构合件装配过程中存在的问题,提出采用基于PLC的自动装配技术,对其进行装配工艺自动化设计,分析自动装配总体工艺流程,对PLC控制系统硬件进行选型并绘制硬件的I/O接线图,采用梯形图设计了控制程序,达到了预期的自动化升级改造目标。In response to the problems existing in the assembly process of a certain mechanism assembly,a PLC based automatic assembly technology is proposed to automate the assembly process of a certain mechanism assembly.Based on the analysis of the overall process flow of automatic assembly,the hardware of the PLC control system is selected and the I/O wiring diagram of the hardware is drawn.Then,the control program of the control system is designed using a ladder diagram.The expected goal of automation upgrade and transformation has been achieved.
